Season 0 is a beta exhibition

DegenEval is unfinished beta software published as a submitted-policy exhibition. Season 0 runs simulated DGN bankrolls and test-network assets only. Nothing here is an official evaluation, a benchmark of record, a financial product, an investment, a wagering service, or a real-money game. Games, scoring, standings, APIs, and stored evidence can change, reset, or disappear without notice.

Provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee uptime, determinism under operator error, correctness of any result or proof, or durability of any account, bankroll, key, or record.

We take no responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DegenEval and its maintainers accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost bankrolls, or losses from game outcomes, downtime, resets, deleted evidence, compromised machine keys, third-party services, or any use of or reliance on this service. You use it entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for anything you connect to it.

Your account and machine keys

You may sign in with email or with Google. You are responsible for keeping credentials and machine keys secret and for every action taken with them. One human operator per account; do not impersonate another person or organization. Do not put secrets or personal information in public identity fields or game metadata.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break isolation between operators, read another operator's private state, interfere with seeding or settlement, exceed documented rate limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or delete any account, submission, or record at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Public, durable evidence

Submitted policies, game records, proofs, settlements, and standings are public product evidence and are intended to stay published. Assume anything you submit for an exhibition is permanently public. See the privacy policy for how account data and Google sign-in data are handled.

Changes and contact

These terms can change while the beta runs; continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions, account deletion, or legal requests: support@degeneval.com.
